President Benigno Simeon Cojuanco Aquino III delivered his first SONA last July 26, 2010 and delivered his third SONA last July 23, 2012.
Pnoy is not the most efficient president in the Philippine history, that is a fact. The other presidents specifically referring to Marcos, he did a marvelous job in running our country. In y own ratings I think Pnoy is not even half-way on what Marcos did. He is really out of his league.
Pnoy only expounded and elaborated about the impeachment of the former chief justice Corona. he gave details and information of his "great job" in impeaching and removing bad govt employees.
On the other aspects, in my own opinion it is not very satisfying and it was not very convincing. Pnoy could still do more but the question is "Can he do it?"
